Babergh District Council is not the Building Control for this Development
A "Freedon of Information" request to Babergh, discovered the work is carried out by Shore Engineering at Arlesford
http://www.shoreengineering.co.uk/building-control/
However, Shore Engineering stated, this Development is not one of its clients.
Subsequent conversations with Babergh Building Control, indicated they were not sure who was the Registered Building Inspector.
