Does anyone know who owns crossing cottage? It looks so sad in its current state.

Amy,
I made some enquiries for you and i received this reply from a neighbour of the cottage

quote: , Last time I made enquiries as to the ownership I was told it was "Spatia", a branch of Network Rail. and you are right again, my attempts to get it listed building status failed.

I couldnt find Spatia on a google search myself, but Network Rail would undoubtedly be the owner.
It was used by a homeless person many years ago with no services such as water, sewage etc .

This is really helpful, thank you Alan.

I had guessed that may be the case and have already sent an enquiry to them.

Thanks again

Amy

The latest I heard about the Cottage , it wont be released For Sale as its too near the rail lines
Only 1 metre from the cottage side wall to the nearest rail
