Photograph of 10 Bridge Street

Post by EllenCooper »

Does any body have a photograph of 10 Bridge Street (my house!), i have scoured the website and found plenty of either side, but not us!
We are hoping to replace the front windows and would like to see it pre the 70's/80's front bow window, and return it to it's original frontage, we just need evidence to convince the planning department :) Thanks, Ellen.

Can you be more precise about No10 ( apologies for daft question)
What properties are either side of it. The web site archive has something like 1,500 photos taken around the village since 1900

We (No. 10) are the small cottage, currently painted white with green windows. To the left of us (looking at the house) is the larger three storey building, which has been
various shops over its history, Barclays, Doctors etc. To the right, we are separated by a corridor with a door on it, to no. 11, then 12 is the last house adjoining one that looks like an estate agents window. Looking at the website street plans, i think this may have been a cobblers at one time? thank you for your help, Ellen.
