Sawyer, Robert Stanley 1897 - Mt Bures

I'm looking for information on the parents of Robert Stanley Sawyer, who was born in 1897, Mt Bures area. The 1901 - 1911 census with James and Phoebe Sawyer are listed as the grand parents. His marrage licence has them as his parents. If someone can help with sorting out if they are parents or grandparents please.

My Family name is seabrook, from around the Kent area UK.
